As you know, a search engine helps you find useful information about any domain. Google is the most popular search engine on the internet, so the developers are trying to improve its services and functions.

Blogs represent a new way of sharing thoughts, news and other ideas with a community of users, being a service that is continuously developing. So, it's obvious that Google had to do something to combine this service with its search engine to result an improved and more powerful product.

BoydCreative posted a message on their blog to sustain that they identified a Google test to include blog posts into search results. "I'm not 100% sure if this is brand new or not, but it looks like Google Blog Search is now getting integrated with its bigger 200lb brother. After a couple of searches tonight I found that after the top 10 they were listing recent posts from Blog Search, which I think is new."

If you're trying to test this new function, you'll see that it doesn't exist, no blog post being included in search results. Probably it was only a test by Google, so expect to see more features for Google Search soon.
