Actor Sean Bean, aka Boromir from Lord Of The Rings, confessed recently he plans to marry his girlfriend Georgina Sutcliffe. The 46-year-old actor met his new 27-year-old lover at a bar in Soho where she worked.
A source quoted by The Mirror said: "It's been a real whirlwind but they are very happy with each other. They met at a bar in Soho and have been together ever since. She's also been on the sets of his latest projects.
He added: "The age difference doesn't bother them in the least and there's even been talk about them having children in the future."
Seann Mark Bean, born April 17, 1959, worked for his father's welding firm before becoming an actor. He made his acting debut in 1983 at the Watermill Theatre in Newbury, Berkshire, England, as Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet.
He is best known for his role as the fictional character Boromir in the Lord of the Rings movie series and, in the United Kingdom, as Richard Sharpe in the television series Sharpe.
His popularity in the Sharpe series was made into an in-joke in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. Other notable appearances include as an Irish terrorist in the 1992 film adaptation of Patriot Games, and as a Bond villain in 1995's GoldenEye. Bean also featured in Moby's music video "We Are All Made of Stars".
