The development of the SeaMonkey project continues, bringing the suite to the second beta for version 2.7. It is available in 24 languages, for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

One important modification is the fact that add-ons are compatible by default, as long as they work with SeaMonkey 2.1 or above.

The new version of this all-in-one Internet suite comes with anti-aliasing for WebGL, support for CSS3 3D-Transforms and a new element for bi-directional text isolation, <bdi>. All these represent changes in the Mozilla platform and are currently present in Firefox 10 beta, planned to reach the stable stage at the end of the month, on January 31.

Other modifications in this release of SeaMonkey include crash fixes and minor platform changes.
