SeaMonkey 2.13 Ditches MD5 Signatures

SeaMonkey 2.13, a web browser, advanced e-mail, newsgroup client, IRC chat client, and HTML editing suite, has been released.

Only a few updates are present in SeaMonkey 2.13, but the developers have stated there are no major changes in this latest version.

Highlights of SeaMonkey 2.13:

· JavaScript responsiveness has been improved with the help of incremental garbage collection.;
· CSS3 Animations, Transitions, Transforms and Gradients have been unprefixed.;
· MD5 has been ditched as a hash algorithm in digital signatures.;
· Support for the Opus codec is now included by default;
· The reverse CSS3 animation direction has been implemented.;
· Per tab reporting is now available in about:memory.;
· Several stability issues have been fixed;
· The Bookmarks Manager Tools/Import HTML wizard now work properly.
