Suitable for environments where a database connection is not accessible, gpEasy is a PHP-based Content Management System working on top of a flat-file data storage system.
Extremely easy to install, mainly because there's no need to tinker around with an SQL-based database, gpEasy (or gp|Easy, as it was once known) can help webmasters set up a site within minutes, with or without any advanced PHP programming knowledge.
Besides the installation wizard that makes setting up the site look like a mundane task, adding and editing content can also be categorized somewhere between child's play and point-and-click experiences.
Admins only need to click what they want to edit and available options will appear in a modal floating above the rest of the page. It's really that simple.
But don't take our word for it. Check out a demo of gpEasy CMS via Opensource CMS

If interested in contributing to the CMS' core, development is handled via multiple channels:
Google Code,
GitHub and/or
