The Twitter Chat WordPress plugin allows a site's visitors to start chats with the administrator via their Twitter account. A small badge is added in the corner of the site which, when clicked, expands into a fully working chat window.
The visitor must connect with his Twitter account and then he can enter his message in the chat box. When submitting the message, it will be published on his Twitter account as a mention for the site administrator's Twitter account.
This way, clients, customers or simple people can make any kind of complaint or inquiry to a site's admin using only their Twitter account.
Before installing it, you must keep in mind that all tweets are public, and so no private messages can be sent. Sensitive problems and their details must be transmitted via other more secure communication channels.
Of course, the plugin is
available in the WordPress plugin repository.
