Tweet Collection can be used to import tweets into the WordPress database and then publish them online as individual posts.
The plugin gets a person's latest 3,200 tweets (the number of recent tweets Twitter will store for a person) and saves them as a custom post type in the WordPress MySQL database.
It will then start watching that account, and import new content as the author publishes new messages to his profile.
In the meantime, Tweet Collection can additionally publish all the acquired tweets as individual blog posts in a special section called “Tweet Archive”.
Tweet Collection is a great way to export tweets and generate new content for your WP-based site.
The plugin is available on the WordPress plugin repository, making it easier to install via WP's built-in plugin installation tool.
