Editing a SiteCake CMS page Enlarge picture - Editing a SiteCake CMS page
SiteCake is a content management system (CMS) developed in PHP, which uses an overlaid controls toolbar to allow admins to edit their website.

Instead of a clunky and hard to maintain admin panel, SiteCake edits Web pages in real time with the help of a WYSIWYG toolbar.

Filled with all the basic controls, the toolbar will allow users to edit the page's text and image content, just as if you were using a normal WYSIWYG editor like TinyMCE or CKEditor.

For obvious reasons, SiteCake is protected by a password-based login system to avoid page vandalizing and unauthorized access to the displayed content.

It also works with static HTML and/or dynamically created PHP pages.

SiteCake's source code is available on GitHub. You can also tinker around with an online demo here if you want.
