Script of the Day: Pimcore

Pimcore is one of the most advanced and enterprise-level ready PHP-based CMSs (content management systems) around.

Developed on top of the highly-praised Zend PHP Framework, Pimcore is reliable and will rarely output PHP errors. And to top all that, ExtJS, another standard when it comes to JS UI toolkits, is used for the user backend and frontend interfaces.

Pimcore allows easy drag-n-drop content management, along with classic WYSIWYG editing features. A professional assets management system is included with the core, along with support for content versioning, giving administrators complete control over the website's outputted content.

Many other features are also included: Web analytics support, A/B testing, advanced user management, custom user permissions, easy-to-use installer script, only to name a few.

Programmers interested on contributing to Pimcore, the CMS is currently being developed via a GitHub account.
