Script of the Day: Obtvse

Obtvse is a blogging platform created on top of the famous Ruby on Rails MVC framework. It is inspired by Svtble's interface, an invite-only network of bloggers.

The admin panel is just incredible. On the left you have a list of drafts. On the right you have a list of published posts. That's it. No useless or over-complicated settings to hinder the publishing process.

The only thing an editor must know is Markdown, which is used to style and format the blog's content. But if you're insistent enough, you might get the developer to add an WYSIWYG editor and make your life easier.

Take the Obtvse demo for a spin. The login credentials are “username/password”. Obtvse development is handled via GitHub.
