Flyspray is a bug-tracking system, with a modern interface, up-to-date code and developed by a dedicated community of developers.

Created to help programmers at first in providing support for their applications and tools, Flyspray has enough flexibility right now to be used with a wide range of services.

It benefits from features like a graphic installer for easy deployment to any Web server environment, support for multiple tracked projects at the same time, task categorization, support for file attachments, storing a ticket's history, RSS feeds for following issues, easy themeing, comments, multi-database capability (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and many other more.

There's no downside to using Flyspray as a company's or individual's support service.

The Flyspray source code is hosted on GitHub and SourceForge.
