Croogo is a great CMS script written in PHP on top of the CakePHP framework. It's open sourced and really easy to use when developing and deploying websites.
While many CMSs utilize their own code structure, Croogo is a little different because it integrates one of the most successful and most used PHP frameworks around, CakePHP.
This way, any developer trying to work with Croogo can use the huge CakePHP package and plugins database to extend native CMS functionality and adapt it to any project.
If this sounds too complicated or for advanced coders only, don't worry. Croogo benefits from all classic CMS features like a graphic installer, admin panel, WYSIWYG editing, themes, plugins, etc., so there won't be any difference when creating a site with Croogo from Joomla, Drupal and others.
Development, issues tracking and feature requests are handled via Croogo's GitHub account.
