Bolt is a CMS (content management system) written in PHP that allows non-technical users to install, run and manage a website with ease.

Built on top of the mature Silex PHP framework, the Bolt CMS is an alternative for all other similar products on the market today.

Targeting anyone that is fed up with too much minimalism or too much GUI in their site's administration, Bolt provides a “middle of the road” solution to control not only the content, but the core's actions as well.

Bolt can be used to power up small to medium projects and fares well when it comes to customization options. Themes have been supported for quite a while, and CMS extensions have been added lately as well.

The Bolt code is hosted and developed on GitHub.

Download Bolt from our Scripts section here.
