Script of the Day: Adaptor

Adaptor is a jQuery plugin for creating 2D or 3D image slideshows to easily feature content on a Web page.

Packed with a pretty cool default skin and lots of options, Adaptor can be customized to any needs and easily embedded in any Web project.

While all the 2D effects work on a wide range of browsers, support for the innovative 3D transitions is limited only to browsers supporting CSS 3 (Webkit browsers and some Firefox versions). Nevertheless, Adaptor is still a great choice when needing a content slider.

Developers can opt to show side or dotted navigational controls, autoplay the images, pause the slideshow on mouse hover, customize slide dimensions, customize animation settings and many more other settings.
