Scout Willis, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's 20-year-old daughter, got into a lot of trouble the other day, when she was arrested for having an open container of alcohol with her and she presented the officer with a fake ID.

Scout is a student at Brown University and, of all the celebrity kids out there, she seemed to be one of the few not interested in a career in the spotlight – at least, not before she completed her education.

This explains why she's almost never in the papers.

Until today, that is.

The New York Daily News reports that Scout has been charged with two counts of misdemeanor and will have to be back in court late next month.

“Scout Willis, the 20-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, was busted for allegedly drinking a beer in Union Square and giving cops a fake ID. The Brown University student was released without bail Tuesday and ordered to return to Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31,” the publication says.

“The celebrity spawn was nabbed just before 7 p.m. Monday by a transit cop who spotted her with an 8 ounce Pakistani beer, according to court papers,” the NYDN further says.

When asked to provide an ID, Scout presented the officer with a fake one, then, after realizing she'd gotten in trouble, her real one.

“She gave the officer a New York ID card with the name Katherine Kelly, but the cop didn’t fall for it. After she was questioned further, Willis brought out her real California ID,” the aforementioned notes.

“'My name is Scout Willis,' she told the officer, according to the criminal complaint. 'The first ID isn’t mine. My friend gave it to me. I don’t know Katherine Kelly',” the NYDN says.

Scout has been charged with criminal impersonation and breaking the open container law and, as noted above, will be back in court at the end of next month.
