Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, the retro-themed side-scrolling brawler released by Ubisoft a few years ago, is finally going to receive its oft-rumored Wallace Wells DLC pack today, March 12, for PS3 in North America, and tomorrow, March 13, for PS3 in Europe and Xbox 360 worldwide.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World transformed the popular comic book series into a retro-themed game that saw the main character, Scott Pilgrim, take on an array of enemies and the seven evil exes of his girlfriend, Ramona Flowers.

Now, after lots of rumors and delays, Ubisoft has finally confirmed that the special Wallace Wells and Online Play DLC is out this week.

The add-on, like its name suggests, brings a new playable character, in the form of Wallace Wells, but also an online multiplayer mode that lets players take on the game's enemies alongside a friend via the Internet, not just locally.

The DLC costs $4.99/€4.99/400 MS Points.
