Score Media announced the launch of Score Mobile Video, a mobile service that will give users access to video clips featuring content from The Score television. The service will be available across Canada to customers of Rogers Wireless, TELUS, Bell Mobility, and also on Amp'd Mobile upon its launch in Canada.

Score Mobile Video will give viewers access to Score programming, specifically packaged for mobile viewing in 2-3 minute video clips. Score Mobile Video will feature exclusive mobile coverage of the NCAA March Madness tournament, including previews, in-game highlights, features and fantasy analysis. In addition, fans of The Score will be able to access other premier Score programming on-the-go, including Cabbie on the Street, Branded, The Spin, Hardcore Championship Fighting, and exclusive fantasy analysis from The Score's experts.

"Score Mobile Video gives hardcore sports fans access to their favorite Score content, including extensive coverage of NCAA March Madness, when and where they want it" said Benjamin Levy, Senior Vice President of Score Media Ventures. "We are thrilled to be working in partnership with all of Canada's major mobile carriers as we continue to execute our multi-platform sports content strategy."

Score Mobile Video is Score Media's second mobile offering. In November 2005, Score Media launched Score Mobile 1.0, a downloadable Java application that allows fans to get live scores and odds for every major sports league, presented in the graphical format of the familiar Score Ticker.

Score Mobile Video will be available on video-enabled devices on a "pay per clip" basis or via subscription, depending on the mobile carrier. More information on the Score Mobile Video can be found HERE.
