The two action movie stars, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone are to team up for the first movie to present both of them appearing on the screen. The film is called "Brutal Deluxe" and will be the second project of Arnie and Sly after they teamed up years ago to launch the successful "Planet Hollywood" chain of fast food restaurants.
When he became the Governor of California, in 2003, Arnold gave up his movie career for a political one, so he hasn't been as active as he used to be on the acting scene. In the past 3 years, he only starred in 2003 "Terminator 3" and "The Rundown", in 2004 "Around the World In 80 Days" and in 2005 "AC/DC: Family Jewels" and "The Kid and I".
The filming of the upcoming duet movie is expected to start as soon as the Governor's term in office comes to an end.
It has been some time since either actor - who both dominated the action movie industry in the 80's and early 90's - has had a hit at the box office.
As for Stallone, his latest hit appearance was when he voiced a character called "Weaver" in the animated 1998 movie "Antz". At the present moment, Sly is working on a fifth sequel to his 1976 film "Rocky".
