14 DAY TRIAL // A school bus driver in Gulfport, Florida has been under fire for allowing a quarrel on the bus to turn into a full-fledged beating.
The Tampa Bay Times reports that 64-year-old John Moody will not be charged in connection to the assault on the Lealman Intermediate School bus.
*The gruesome attack has been caught on CCTV, but user discretion is advised when playing the video. It contains shocking, violent images. The clip shows the driver calling the dispatcher in an effort to get help. He even called twice to make sure that his first call was put through.
As I wrote before, three 15-year-old boys were arrested for brutally punching and kicking a sixth grader. He was hospitalized with a broken arm and they were put in jail on assault charges.
