Scarlett Johansson and Josh Hartnett have been dating for a little over a year, but that doesn't mean that making out in front of the cameras with him is just a walk in the park. As the gorgeous actress recently revealed, the sex scenes were more than 'awkward' and not even a bit 'romantic'.
The bits of Josh and Scarlett's characters making love in 'The Black Dahlia' come off as extremely hot and sexy, but she says that they were far from that when they were filmed. During an interview taken while promoting the Brian de Palma flick, Johansson said that 'sex' was 'interesting and funny'.
'But I have to say that it wasn't particularly romantic. Shooting these sorts of scenes always ends up being more funny than anything else', she added. Scarlett also stated that it's hard to pretend to such an extent, when there are so many people watching your every move and that they often could hardly help themselves from bursting into hysterical fits of laughter.

'You have about ten electricians chewing on sandwiches and staring at you as you writhe around. Then you have the director shouting orders at you to "move there" and "put your hand there". I'm glad it comes off as sexy, because in real life it was more like taking part in an organized boxing match', Johansson explains.
'The Black Dahlia', also starring Hillary Swank and Aaron Eckhart opened in cinemas on Friday, September 15.
