In case you didn't know Scarlett Johansson is one of the beautiful women chosen by the L'Oreal Company to be its image. The other two are Penelope Cruz and Eva Longoria.
The "Girl with a Peal Earing" actress has signed for L'Oreal for a staggering $4 million paycheck. The deal with the cosmetics giant gives Scarlett Johansson the editorial control of the images. So the young diva reportedly refused to show off her famous curves for their new campaign.
Of course there was quite a shock for the L'Oreal bosses to get a "no Nudity" from one hot actress that didn't mind to bare it all on the cover of a recent Vanity fair issue.
The motivation of the refusal to be once more pictured naked? Well, as anyone who pays some attention to teenage Hollywood knows it comes a time in every young actress' life when she desperately tries to ditch her sex-kitten image.
Collateral aspects of the problem, such as the futility of trying not to be hot anymore and the fact that this measure is most likely to gather even more attention and press around your sexy persona didn't cross Scarlett's mind.
Britain's The Mail on Sunday newspaper commented the refusal: "Understandably L' Oreal, which spent a fortune signing Scarlett, and actresses Eva Longoria and Penelope Cruz, want her sexy screen siren glamour. There has been a series of creative differences. She had a problem with the last ad she shot for body lotion. There were a few heated exchanges."
