Hold on to your coffee mugs and try not to spray that mouthful you've just sipped on your screen because we've got big news. Several media outlets are reporting that the lovely Scarlett Johansson, the actress that has men everywhere enthralled, is pregnant with her fiancé, the French journalist Romain Dauriac.

In what is claimed to be an exclusive, E! online reports that the “Her” actress is going to be a first time mother, just six months after she announced her engagement. Other sources claim that she has kept this news under wraps for quite some time.

For example, TMZ claims is has it on good authority that Scarlet is already 5 months pregnant, something which is a bit difficult to believe since just last month, during the Super Bowl commercials she was featured in a tight little black dress for her controversial SodaStream ad that eventually ended her collaboration with the Oxfam charity.

At the time, she was an ambassador for Oxfam, an international confederation of 17 organizations working in almost 90 countries around the globe to tackle issues such as severe poverty and what it views as injustice. The organization spoke strongly against Johansson for becoming SodaStream's image.

The do-it-yourself carbonated drink manufacturer was being blasted by human rights organizations for having a manufacturing facility on the disputed West Bank and thus undermining workers’ rights.

Johansson decided to cut her ties with Oxfam and continue her relationship with SodaStream. Now, this recent development is rendered irrelevant by the news of a pregnancy.

The relationship between Johansson and Dauriac goes back to November 2012, not long after the actress had emerged from another year-long affair with Nate Taylor. Previous to that, she was married to Hollywood hunk Ryan Reynolds.

Now that the news is out, some people are left scratching their heads as to what Johansson will do about the upcoming role she is supposed to play in “Avengers 2.” For those that don't know, Scarlet is supposed to play the secret agent Black Widow, a superhero clad in a tight black jumpsuit, and there is no way she's going to pull it off with a baby bump.

Sources inside the production are saying that the producers are looking to fast-track her filming schedule so that she won't be too far along in the pregnancy when she dons the black leathers of her character.

At the moment, Scarlett Johansson is busy with the promotional tour of her latest movie “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” after which she will start filming for “Avengers 2” on April 5.
