Scarlett Johansson's Latest Accessory: A Pierced Nose

The 22-year-old actress has gone where she has never gone before

Scarlett Johansson. When you say that name you immediately think of blond beauty, class, a certain "je ne sais quoi" looking at you with two beautiful green eyes. You think of the most sexy woman in the world according to "Esquire" magazine. But you would never think that when she was a teenager she believed that she was ugly.

Seems that the "Lost In Transition" actress thought that she was too fat, too short, that she had a voice that was too deep and that her lips were too big. Also, her face was too wide. I'm sorry, but if that was the case, please tell us the name of your plastic surgeon. My God, he did a wonderful job.

Or in other words, is she selling us the "ugly duckling/beautiful swan" bit? She must be out of her mind. Well, she actually may have that sort of a problem seeing what she has just done.

Scarlett probably remembered that her face was too wide back when she was a teenager, so she decided to correct this flaw by piercing her nose. Just look at the pictures!

Now normally we would have some comments regarding what shorts she chose to wear on the occasion, but not today. The nose ring steals the whole show. I just don't get it. First I thought she needs it for one of her future projects, so I checked and I did not find squat. So why did she do it?

Well, maybe she just simply likes it. Who are we to judge? But the fact of the matter is: Scarlett Johansson and a nose ring will never match. That's a given. If this is just the beginning we won't be seeing Scarlett on the "sexiest" list any time soon. Like I said, we are not here to judge (too rashly), we are here to observe.
