The company decided to scare drivers into buying winter accessories for their cars

What better way of convincing people to buy your products than to scare them into it, this was the plan that the Japanese Autoway tire company had when releasing their newest ad, worth fitting into the zombie apocalypse category.

The 40-second clip features a Paranormal-activity-like scene with someone filming the road ahead while driving in a heavy show. Like any horror movie, everything looks really innocent until the driver suddenly hits the brakes to avoid colliding with what seems to be a “hitch-hiker.”

As expected, the lady in a white dress standing in the middle of the road on that frightful weather, “like a normal human being” is not a hitch-hiker but a creepy zombie, and even if I knew it was there, before watching the video, it still scared the hell out of me.

Lady zombie scared the passengers, as well as the viewers and now it's time to buy some Japanese tires. This is way too scary for a commercial, and the ones who made it actually put a disclaimer saying “we shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, and damages claimed to be caused by watching the contents either.”

Well, I must say, this is not for the faint-hearted because, as plain as it sounds, it still has a certain element of surprise, and from my point of view this even tops the Dirt devil commercial.
