New attractive offers can be found on the Special Deals area of Apple’s online store where the Cupertino giant lists discounts of as much as $200 for the newest generation of MacBook Air computers.

Those looking to get the base-model MacBook Air, which boasts an 11-inch screen, 2 gigs of RAM, 64GB Flash NAND storage, and NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics can save $170 by purchasing the Refurbished MacBook Air 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo for $829.

There’s one offer that saves MacBook Air fans even more cash for more value.

A Refurbished MacBook Air 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with the same specs but double the storage capacity (128GB) is discounted by $200.

Originally released in October 2010, the ultra-thin notebook boasts the same 11.6-inch LED-backlit glossy widescreen display and built-in FaceTime camera, a relatively minor upgrade over the former iSight.

Current-generation MacBook Pros and iMacs have what Apple calls ‘HD’ FaceTime cameras, capable of capturing more image detail.

Other offers today include a Refurbished MacBook 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo selling for $849 (or $150 off); a Refurbished Mac mini with Snow Leopard Server for $849 ($150 off); a Refurbished MacBook Pro 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo for $899 (or $200 off); and a Refurbished iMac 21.5-inch 3.06GHz Intel Core i3 processor for $929 ($170 off).
