14 DAY TRIAL // Proving that they’re having as much fun as they were having when they were still a couple, Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel brought the laughs last night, when she came on his show to promote her new HBO project and the topic of their long-dead romance came up.
“Came up” is just a figure of speech, as the video above can confirm, because it was Sarah who brought it up, by coming on set with a box of “Jimmy’s stuff,” which he allegedly left behind when he dumped her in 2009.
The box included socks, an old phone charger, a tooth brush, a pair of jeans from before he lost the extra weight and a collage of photos made from cut-outs of his head from their pictures as a couple. Oh, and a love child, we mustn’t forget about that.
Sarah is promoting her upcoming HBO show “Sarah Silverman: We Are Miracles” and, as you can see in the video, she and Kimmel are still on excellent terms after ending their 5-year relationship in 2009.
“Isn't this like weird, but good weird? This is human nature. This is the way life is. People break up, and exes are gonna bump into each other. They're gonna cross paths. They're gonna be on each other's talk shows, you know? It's the cycle of life,” Sarah said.
