14 DAY TRIAL // Few are the celebrities who admit to having some sort of work done shortly after they get it – unless they’re Heidi Montag, of course, and plan on making a living off that story. Even fewer are the female stars who would come clean about upping their cup size, let alone if their name is Sarah Palin, former Governor of Alaska. Be that as it may, Mrs. Palin may have had some help in the chest area from a plastic surgeon.
Women, it is known, can use a variety of tricks to look different than how they are, especially when it comes to their figure or size of their assets. One can look thinner or, oppositely, plumper by wearing the right clothes, the right colors, and the right cuts and accessories. Similarly, one can create the impression of a bigger chest by wearing a good top or an even better padded bra. Or by simply going to the surgeon’s and having implants put in, which seems to be the case with Mrs. Palin, Wonkette and Gawker believe.
“We got a political news tip on our Facebook page from Wonkette operative ‘Laura,’ and it goes like this: ‘Sarah Palin 12/09 no [breasts] http://bit.ly/bmQtPJ #Sarah Palin today, Instant [breasts]! http://j.mp/dokqd2 only her #plasticsurgeon knows4sure.’ We are not fluent in the Twitter-Facebook dialects, but somehow we can follow the gist. […] And, having just now checked our tipster’s hunch with another woman (also, coincidentally, named ‘Laura’), we can report with confidence that at least two people with experience in having breasts say that Sarah Palin sure looks like she was trotting out some new work at the horse races on Sunday,” Wonkette writes.
And it’s not the only gossip e-zine to note a distinct difference in the cleavage area with Mrs. Palin. Side-by-side comparisons (after all, the rumor is based on photographic evidence, or what looks like it) reveal that, indeed, Mrs. Palin seems to have gone up a cup size or two. Gawker, for one, is convinced that chances are high this is not a trick the eye plays on the mind and that the much-mediated politician truly underwent plastic surgery for augmentation. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, of course, Gawker is quick to point out in more or less these words.
