Motherhood really does change everything. Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar is the living example of that: in a new interview with Self magazine, she says she no longer puts as much pressure on herself as before in the looks department.

Not that she's ever been out of shape, of course. However, today, Sarah is more relaxed and more confident in her body.

Plus, she reveals, she doesn't even like working out that much.

“I still work out, but not five days a week. I do Pilates, I run on the treadmill, I walk to the soundstage rather than taking the cart,” she tells the publication.

Because she's no longer killing herself at the gym, her body is no longer as insanely fit as it once was, but she doesn't regret it.

“I wish I could say I was in the best shape of my life right now, but I don’t put the same pressure on myself that I used to. So I don’t rock a bikini on Wilshire Boulevard – but I don’t know many people who do!” she says.

Other things in her life have changed as well since she became a mom. More important than the fact that she now takes it easier when it comes to working out is that she now puts her family first.

This has also allowed her to actually enjoy her work more.

“Work doesn’t define who I am. I love what I do, but I don’t feel a burning pressure anymore. And because I’m working for fun, I get to enjoy it. I’d watch Ringer if I wasn’t on it!” she tells the mag.

She's talking, as her fans must know, about her latest television series, where she plays twin sisters.

This is not the first time that Sarah Michelle Gellar talks so openly about her body-image issues and sometimes lack of confidence in herself.

In an interview with Health from September this year, she said she “totally” had body dysmorphic disorder, like any other woman, saying she hated looking at herself in the mirror and was never happy with her looks.
