Sapphire is one of a whole bunch of companies that joined Advanced Micro Devices in launching the Radeon DH 7790 graphics card.

While AMD has the reference model, its partners have the custom-cooled and, on occasion, the factory-overclocked ones.

Sapphire is joining the ranks of Gigabyte, MSI and HIS, and is definitely not the last company that has revealed an HD 7790.

It actually has two of them: one with a single-fan cooler and reference specifications, and one with factory-overclocked GPU.

The latter, called Sapphire Radeon HD 7790 Dual-X OC, operates at 1075 MHz (GPU) and 6,400 MHz (1 GB GDDR5 memory).

The base card sells for $149.99 / 149.99 Euro, while the Dual-X OC ships for $159.99 / 159.99 Euro.
