Are you a Web designer or have plans to study and become one? Then in this case, you also need some software tools to help
you, but if you're just an enthusiast designer, don't stand aside and jump in the boat! Today, we're surfing some hot news about the latest version of Karelia Software's Sandvox website building application called Sandvox.
Less than a day ago, Karelia announced Sandvox's latest release, bearing the version number 1.1. This powerful website creation tool requires Mac OS X version 10.4.4 "Tiger" or later, and runs on PowerPC and Intel-based Macs, being available as a Universal Binary. There are two licensing versions available, Regular and Pro, the first one being priced at 49$, and the second one at 79$, with household and site licenses also available. The Pro version is able to manage raw HTML as pages and pagelets, custom HEAD elements, file preludes as well as view and validate the HTML source for your elements.
Sandvox makes web design a real pleasure, allowing you to work efficiently and have fun at the same time. Its features include live rich text editing with no previewing required, drag and drop website assembly, the ability to publish your site using any provider you wish, and even on your own Mac, innovative pagelets, two dozen stylish template designs so far (but their number is growing, obviously), as well as the ability to easily build and publish your own blog.
Karelia Software, Sandvox's creator, is a company based in California well known for its ground-breaking Web utility for Mac called Watson that won the MacWorld "Eddy" and the Apple Design Award for "Most Innovative Application", so you're going to benefit from an elite tool if you decide to try and maybe even buy today's hot product, Sandvox!
