"Miss Congeniality" Sandra Bullock is in talks to star in Premonition, the Hollywood debut of German director Mennan Yapo, according to Variety.

Bullock will play a woman who has a premonition that her husband will die in a car crash and sets out to prevent it.

The 41-year-old actress, who has recently worked on Alejandro Agresti's "Il Mare", opposite with her Speed co-star Keanu Reeves, is also playing Harper Lee in the Doug McGrath-directed Have You Heard?, which will be relesed next year.

The shooting for the movie based on Bill Kelly's script and fully financed by Ashok Amritraj's Hyde Park, with TriStar Pictures distributing, begins in January in Louisiana.
