14 DAY TRIAL // Sandra Bullock’s most recent official relationship, her marriage to Jesse James, ended in disaster when he was exposed in the press as a serial cheater just as they were about to adopt a child together. Since then, the actress has had trust issues with men but, apparently, she’s finally found one she can trust.
The news will probably be perceived as somewhat tragic by the millions of female fans who thought they still had a chance with Chris Evans as long as he was single, because that’s who Sandra is reportedly dating right now.
The two actors have been friends for a very long time, though they always managed to keep their relationship close to their heart. Evans did say on one occasion though that she was his all-time crush when he was just a teen boy dreaming of making it big in Hollywood one day.
For those who don’t keep tabs on the ages of their favorite actors, we should note that Sandra is Chris’ senior by 17 years.
“They have been talking more than ever and they flirt anytime they spend time together. She's been his dream girl for most of his life, so it would be a fairy-tale ending for Chris,” an insider reveals for OK! Magazine.
Then, Sandra has been single for so long that friends are “pressing” her to move on with her life. They’re urging her to “take their relationship to the next level. It's just a matter of time,” adds the tipster.
Apparently, the Oscar-winning actress made a choice to stay single after Jesse James because she felt like she could no longer trust men in general, after his betrayal. However, Chris is her friend and, as such, he’s “proved” his worth already and she knows she can rely on him because she’s been doing it for some time now.
Just recently, the two were photographed together as they left Cecconi’s, where they had met Chelsea Handler for dinner. Other insiders reveal for the same publication that Handler was like the proverbial third wheel at that dinner party because of the flirting between these two.
“Chelsea looked like the odd man out – Sandy and Chris were talking and joking with each other for much of the time. Chelsea kept chiming in and they would include her but there seemed to be a connection between Chris and Sandy,” the unnamed eyewitness explains.
Even if many of his fans prefer to know him single, we say Chris and Sandra would make a lovely couple. Plus, he seems like a very nice guy, the kind who would treat “America’s sweetheart” just the way she deserves, so their getting involved would be best for both.
