Version 3.60 of Sandboxie sees few new features added, and judging by the changelog the modifications aim at improving compatibility with other software and stability of the application.

The new edition comes with better keyboard navigation in Files and Folders View as well as in related dialog boxes and added some options for direct access to password and session management for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. On the same note, when upgrading to a new version, the installer will automatically close sandboxed programs.

Fixes are also on the list of changes and address serious bugs, such as crashing of the OS during startup procedure, because of conflicts with other security applications.

Compatibility issues have been toned down in the case of avast!’s Script Shield component and NetNanny 6.5. Improved compatibility also extends to other third party software: EverNote, nVidia nView, Sticky Password, Volumouse and WinMount.
