14 DAY TRIAL // More information regarding Tecmo Koei’s upcoming hack and slash Samurai Warriors IV has reached the series’ fans. An additional two playable characters have been officially confirmed, one new and one returning.
A newly revealed chapter will follow Ujiyasu and Kai, his daughter. Kotaro Fuma’s return as a playable character has also been confirmed.
The game will present several different stories to follow, starring important characters such as Nobunaga Oda and the Sanada Brothers, as Explosion informs.
The game is currently scheduled to feature over 50 characters and to also allow players to create their own generals.
Its Story Mode will offer players the options to select the story of individual clans and prefectures as well as the entire storyline of the late Sengoku period.
Samurai Warriors IV is currently under development for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, due for a March 2014 release.
