During a recent radio interview to promote “Django Unchained,” the brand new Quentin Tarantino film, Jackson covered Taylor’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” her latest single – to the most amazing result.
Never before did I think such a silly pop song could sound so dead serious, almost dangerous, menacing. Then again, I never thought Samuel would ever pull an awesomeness of this kind.
Useless to say, the girl in his song got the message better than the guy in Taylor’s.
