The international flavor of the device might include it as well

One of the details that the previously spotted hands-on video with the Chinese flavor of the Galaxy S IV has unveiled was the presence of a 2600mAh battery inside the device, with NFC capabilities included, it seems.

The info was rumored before related to the device, SamMobile notes, yet said video appears to confirm it now, only a few days before the handset will become official in New York.

Provided that the international flavor of the Galaxy S IV will sport the same battery as well, it should prove a nice enhancement when compared to the 2100mAh battery inside the Galaxy S III.

However, considering that the upcoming flagship device is said to arrive on shelves with a large screen than last year’s smartphone, as well as with a more powerful processor, it doesn’t come as a surprise that its battery has been upgraded.
