South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics is reportedly getting ready for the release of an LTE-enabled flavor of the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, as the device has just received the necessary approvals from the Bluetooth SIG.

As a recent article on mobileaks.nl notes, the slate was spotted featuring model number SM-T2105 (it will join the already official Wi-Fi and 3G flavors).

Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 was launched with a 7-inch screen capable of delivering a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, as well as with a 1.2GHz processor inside.

Furthermore, the device packs 1GB of RAM, microSD memory card slot, a 3-megapixel photo snapper on the back, and a 1.3MP front camera for making video calls.

It runs under Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean but, as SamMobile notes, it will be upgraded to Android 4.2.2.
