Samsung presented its new mobile phone, equipped with an 8 megapixel camera. SPH-V8200 is not inferior to any regular digital camera and it is equipped with various advanced functions like auto focus.
The display of SPH-V8200 is a TFT LCD one, with 16 millions of colors.
Samsung is a leader on the camera mobile phone
market since the launch of its 5MP camera phone, SCH-S250 in November 2004. This year in March, Samsung striked again by launching a 7MP camera phone, SCH-V770. The two phones are only available in Korea.
Samsung's rival, LG - the fourth mobile phone producer worldwide, also developed a camera phone with a 5MP resolution.
At the same time, Samsung launched a phone that can use the DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) technology through satellite or terrestrial system.
The dual DMB device, SPF-B4100 has a 2.2 inch screen that can be rotated in various directions. This phone will be available in shops after the launch of the terrestrial DMB service, next month. The DMB service allows users to enjoy high quality video and audio using a terminal like a mobile phone.
