Not so long ago Samsung introduced the NX3000 mirrorless camera, which came to replace the entry-level NX2000.

But if you didn't have enough of Android-powered cameras coming from Samsung, we have good news for you. Freshly squeezed information reported by PhotoRumors claims good old Sammy is gearing up to roll out the NX1 at Photokina this year.

The upcoming device showed up in a leaked Samsung slide, which indicates the camera is headed for a September unveiling. Of course, Samsung hasn't confirmed the information, but given the fact that Photokina is a major photographic event, we can expect most brand vendors will show up well prepared.

If you’re wondering what the Samsung NX1 might come bundling, word on the street has it the camera will come with 28MP APS-C sensor, 4K video recording and Android, pretty much in the vein of other Samsung cameras.

Samsung is also expected to announce the NX 50-150mm f/2.8 OIS STM splash and dust proof lens.

As for the most recent mirrorless camera launched, the Samsung NX3000 arrives with a 20.3 megapixel APS sensor, a flip-up and a 3-inch LCD with 320 x 480 pixel resolution.

The NX3000 support light sensitivity between ISO 100 and ISO 25,600 and offers shutter speeds of 1/4,000 seconds and continuous shooting up to 5 frames per second.
