South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung seems set to put the new Bluetooth 3.0 solution inside as many handsets as possible. Last month, the company unveiled officially its first handset powered by the bada operating system, the Samsung Wave, which also included Bluetooth 3.0, and now we learn that the company has got the Samsung M120S with the sale tech specification on board.

The newly spotted mobile phone made an appearance over on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group's website, it seems, and the guys over at phandroid say it might come with the Android OS on board. Last month Samsung launched a Samsung M100S powered by Android 2.1 in South Korea on the airwaves of SK Telecom, and the M120S has great chances of becoming the successor of this handset.

The specifications list of the device, extracted from what the Bluetooth SIG filing shows, includes a 3.3-inch AMOLED touchscreen display that boasts a WVGA resolution, as well as a 5-megapixel photo snapper with auto-focus, Wi-Fi connectivity options, built-in GPS receiver, TDMB capabilities, Accelerometer and Proximity Sensor, as well as HSDPA/GSM Roaming.

Other official details on the new Samsung M120S are not available for the time being, so not much is known on whether it turns out to be a feature phone or it arrives with Android or another mobile operating system on board. For what it's worth, it might turn out to be the successor of Samsung M100S in the end, especially since it includes a smaller display than the 3.7-inch one on the already announced handset, just like the Galaxy – Galaxy Spica couple from Samsung does.

Unfortunately, exact details on the Samsung M120S's release date, price tag or availability lack as well. There are chances that it will be marketed only in South Korea, the handset vendor's home land, but there is also the possibility that it will become available in other markets around the world, so stay tuned for more on the matter.
