Samsung's latest LCD displays come in a very stylish design that features a triple hinge which allows a full 180 degree rotation including the reorientation of the displayed content.

The new models are: SM770P, which is a 17-inch screen, while the SM970P is a 19-inch display. Designed for a modern lifestyle the monitors don't have buttons and have a slim bezel finish. Also, following the trend this is a single cable arrangement and a blue led shines from the stand base.

The SM770P and SM970P combine two important features of a monitor: response speed and contrast rate, unlike old LCD displays that have sacrificed one of the two features. Both displays have a 6ms (milliseconds) response time and have contrast ratios of 1500:1 and 1000:1, respectively.

The brightness levels are 280cd/m2 for the SM770P and 250cd/m2 - for SM970P; both have a 170 degree viewing angle. Due to that, we can state that the two new displays from Samsung are good for both professional use and gamers.
