South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung is preparing the launch of Galaxy S III on the Australian market, and some info on the carriers that will add it to its offering has surfaced.

On the company’s support website, mentions of different Galaxy S III flavors for Optus and Vodafone have emerged, along with hints at a few device versions for Telstra’s network, Ausdroid reports.

On that page, you can glance at these models, among which you will see a GT-i9300T version that reportedly packs enhanced 850MHz 3G connectivity, destined for the networks of Telstra and Vodafone.

Moreover, there is a GT-i9303 variant listed on the support site, which could be the 4G-enabled flavor destined for Telstra’s LTE network.

As the model number suggests, this Galaxy S III flavor might sport different hardware than the normal version, most probably another application processor than the usual Quad-Core Exynos.
