Samsung currently has plans for releasing the predecessor of the P300 calculator phone, the P310.

The new handset suffered a major make-up compared to the P300, and has evolved into a card sized slim bar phone. With this new addition Samsung has managed to enlarge its armada of super-small phones, a real piece of art if we take into consideration its eye catching combination of colors: a glossy black front which embraces a stainless brushed back.

Samsung manages to squeeze in a lot of features, despite its very small size. Thus, the phone has an OLED 256k color TFT portrait display, with a 220 x 176 pixel resolution, and a fine 2 megapixel camera, capable of video capture and auto-focus. They've also put it an expandable microSD card slot, which goes up to 4 GB.

The device can also be used very easily as an mp3 player, having an AAC, WMA and MP3 music player and Bluetooth capable of A2DP (stereo audio), giving it the capability to stream music to wireless compatible devices.

Samsung has released these specifications unofficially, but we wait for an official announcement sometime soon.
