It appears that more and more handset makers and carriers are looking to expand their customers database by offer new music services free or for very low prices.

The last example is US-based carrier AT&T, which has just announced it will offer families the new Beats Music streaming music service beginning January 21.

However, that's not the only important company that has recently jumped into the music streaming services wagon, as Samsung is reportedly in talks with French group Deezer for a similar product.

Reuters reports the French company is now considering a “commercial and industrial” agreement with Samsung that will probably see Deeze music streaming service put on various Galaxy devices.

Moreover, it will not come as a surprise if Samsung will purchase an important stake in Deezer's shares in order to add more legitimacy to the agreement.

There's no word on when exactly the agreement will be signed nor whether or not this will really happen. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
