Wireless carrier T-Mobile might soon add to its offering a 4G LTE-capable flavor of Samsung’s Galaxy S III flagship phone, the latest reports on the matter suggest.

Nothing has been officially confirmed on the matter for the time being, but the phone has emerged over at the Bluetooth SIG with model number SGH-T999L attached to it.

Galaxy S III is already available for purchase at T-Mobile as SGH-T999, with support for HSPA+, but no LTE in tow, since the carrier does not offer 4G services based on this technology.

However, the wireless operator is expected to launch its LTE network next year, and might be already preparing devices for the big launch, with Galaxy S III being one of them.

With nothing officially announced on this, we’ll take the info with a grain of salt for the time being.
