Samsung will try to leverage on Aamir Khan's popularity for advertising the newly announced phones as well as its future devices. "The Samsung brand stands for qualities of innovation, change, self-expression and excellence in performance. And one can find these qualities in Aamir Khan. We are indeed very proud and privileged to have him as our Brand Ambassador," said Mr. H. B. Lee, President & CEO, Samsung South West Asia Headquarters.

Globally, Aamir Khan is the second brand ambassador chosen by Samsung this year. A few weeks ago the company partnered with Elissa, the famous Lebanese singer, which became Samsung's music category brand ambassador and launched Impulz i450 (another version of the i450 phone) in the Middle East.
