South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung has started to deliver the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system to the owners of a Galaxy R Style in its homeland market, it seems.

Users interested in downloading and installing the new platform release on their smartphones will be able to do so via the Samsung Kies desktop application regardless of the carrier network they are on.

The new platform release will arrive on Galaxy R Style with various performance enhancements, while also bringing along features such as Google Now, expandable notifications, resizable widgets, and more.

Packing a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU and a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display, the Samsung Galaxy R Style will certainly provide users with an appealing experience once the device has been upgraded to Jelly Bean.

Those who would like to learn more on the upgrade should head over to this page on Samsung’s website.
