Samsung has just announced a new phone model SPH-M510, the followup of the M500 classic looking clamshell phone. It may not hold any special features, but it is still a great phone for situations when someone might need a cellular that is easy to handle and reliable.

Samsung SPH-M510 holds little features that might make it irresistible or even appealing for many people. Next to all the recent releases, this device fails to glow and attracts the interest of more versatile phone users. The phone comes in colors of bright pink and dark green, which is meant to respond to the expectations of both sexes. The bright pink case might turn out as being the only feature that can make this mobile phone stand out from the crowd and have an original image. This is if a pink phone can be considered original, by any means.

The design is stylish, but far from being elegant, as the rounded corners and the plastic case make it look more as a practical device rather than a personality statement coming from the user. Nor the interior is too interesting, considering the black keypad and the standard size of the display.

Still, the phone proves to be quite easy to handle, at its 2.8 oz and 1 inch thick. Samsung SPH-M510 comes equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera that uses a flash in order to bring the picture quality to a higher lever. To make sure that its user won't run out of data storing space, the phone comes equipped with a MicroSD Card slot. Furthermore, the phone is Java enabled and is capable of Wireless Web browsing.

That pretty sums up all that this Samsung SPH-M510 has to offer. The phone will be available in the Sprint network starting from the price of USD129.
