Before the end of October, South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics should make official its first smartphone that would pack a curved screen, and rumor has it that it might feature model number SM-G910.

The device has been spotted on the benchmark site GFXBench, where it showed a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with the Adreno 330 GPU attached.

The handset has been long said to be launched as a limited edition Galaxy Note 3 handset, and the aforementioned listing appears to confirm that, SamMobile notes.

The phone, however, is expected to become available for purchase with a smaller, 5.5-inch touchscreen display, albeit a curved one.

There’s no official confirmation available on the launch of this handset as a curved Galaxy Note 3 for the time being, and we’ll take the info above with a grain of salt. However, it should not be too long before Samsung officially unveils details on the device, so stay tuned for more on this.
