As standard as it gets

Samsung brings another average handset that is expected to sell great with the help of its famous name and the slider form factor that they just keep using. The SGH-J750 handset is just another average mobile phone that will manage to score some large unit sales relying on its plain features and low price.

When in need of any touch of elegance, Samsung just uses the slider form factor and a black case that matches just about any taste. It adds the default navigation buttons and an easy-to-use keypad and starts rolling cash from worldwide buyers.

At 18.4 mm in thickness and 95 grams, Samsung SGH-J750 proves to be rather bulky, although within reasonable limits. The phone also comes equipped with a poor 262k display screen capable of a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels. That's one of the cheapest solutions out there and will surely leave the impression of being crammed to the more picky ones.

The phone comes equipped only with GPRS and EDGE Class 10 connectivity, with no expectations for 3G, whatsoever. Internet comes in the shape of WAP 2.0, a feature that only less evolved mobile phones now include. Other than that, Samsung SGH-J750 also comes equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera which will manage to take captures of a low quality. Nobody expected to see more from it, so the poor camera shocks nobody.

One impressive feature about Samsung SGH-J750 is that it also has an MP3 player, capable of supporting a large number of common media files. Other than that, connectivity is also available through Bluetooth and USB. Most importantly, the insignificant built-in memory is increased through a microSD card slot.

Samsung SGH-J750 should soon be out on the market in Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. The producer mentioned nothing on the price that it will be available at, although it should be pretty cheap.
